All laboratory results published on New Zealand Peptides are independently verified prior to release by established third-party analytical laboratories. Certain reference identifiers (such as task numbers, submission IDs, or client-specific references) are intentionally redacted to protect supply-chain confidentiality and prevent third-party reports from being misused, misattributed, or linked outside their intended research context. This practice is standard within research material distribution. Redaction does not affect the validity, authenticity, or relevance of the analytical results provided.

Yes. At checkout, you can choose between "Do Not Leave Unattended" (the default) or "Leave in a Safe Place". If you choose Do Not Leave, the carrier will card it and hold it at the nearest NZ Post post office for you to collect. If you choose Leave in a Safe Place, the courier will leave it at your door or another safe spot.

What happens if my parcel goes missing after being left in a safe place?

If you selected "Leave in a Safe Place" at checkout, you accepted responsibility for the parcel once it was delivered to your address. New Zealand Peptides is not liable for parcels that go missing, are stolen, or are damaged after being left unattended at your request. We recommend selecting "Do Not Leave Unattended" if you are concerned about parcel security.

Tracking says "Delivered" but I never received my parcel. What do I do?

First, check around your property, with neighbours, and in any safe spots the carrier may have left it. If you selected "Leave in a Safe Place" at checkout, you accepted responsibility for the parcel once delivered. If you selected "Do Not Leave Unattended" and the carrier left it anyway, the carrier is at fault — please lodge a formal investigation with NZ Post at nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. If you selected "Signature on Delivery" and no valid signature was obtained, lodge an investigation with NZ Post and contact our support team.

My tracking has not updated and my parcel seems lost in transit. What should I do?

If tracking has not shown any updates for an extended period and the parcel does not show as delivered, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will lodge an investigation with NZ Post on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

What is Signature on Delivery and should I select it?

Signature on Delivery is an optional add-on available at checkout for a small fee. It requires the carrier to obtain a signature from a person at the delivery address before releasing the parcel. We strongly recommend it if you are concerned about parcel security or theft.

You can lodge a formal investigation directly with NZ Post at nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. You will need your tracking number and order details. This is recommended when the carrier has left a parcel without authorisation or when tracking shows the parcel is lost in transit.

If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, resolution is provided at our discretion (typically store credit or replacement).
